First race back (long beach crit)

I went down to Carson, CA (haha) to do the Long Beach Crit, that's right, I raced! Its been awhile but I felt fit and even got 5 best all around rider point on a 1k flyer.

It cool you can see my 1k break at mile 9.5

My heart rate is also reflected at 9.5 a new max for the season (191)
