This application is a personal tool created solely for the purpose of connecting WHOOP fitness data to a private AI assistant. It is not a commercial product, is not available to the public, and has no users other than its creator.

Data collected

This application accesses personal fitness data from WHOOP via the WHOOP API, including recovery scores, sleep data, strain data, heart rate variability, and workout information. This data belongs solely to the application owner.

How data is used

Data is accessed exclusively for personal health tracking and analysis. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose.

Data sharing

No data is sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. Data is not stored on any external server beyond what is necessary to display it within the personal application.

Data retention

Data is accessed in real time from the WHOOP API and is not permanently stored by this application beyond the current session.

All API credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed publicly. All communication with the WHOOP API is conducted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
